Olympic Opening Ceremony: Moments To Cherish!

Welcome to your postcard from Paris. I'm your host Tania Del Rio.

The opening ceremony of the Paris Olympic Games was simply magical. There were so many moments to capture, keep and cherish for the years to come.

If you were in Paris that day, you would have noticed how people were lifted with energy and sparkle as the boat representing their country approached.

There was some mix of applause, screams, waving flags, and pride. All searching for that brief moment of connection with the athletes. It was uplifting, exciting and movie.

So many different nationalities were shared in each section of the river.

When you are a citizen of the world with connection to several countries, you got to experience those positive emotions multiple times. That was one of the many moments I cherished that day.

What about you? Do you have a favorite moment from the Paris Olympic Opening Ceremony?
